Before the meeting
Tell us about four things
We can reply with a proposal straight away if you tell us about these four things:
- Which equipment it concerns and how old it is.
- Who needs to reach it, for example a vendor, your own technician or an operator.
- How access works today, for example through a VPN, a jump server or the vendor's own modem.
- How many machines it concerns, roughly.
Would you rather have more information first? Tell us and we will send it.
Would you like to sketch your site before the meeting? Use our Topology Designer tool. There you draw how equipment, Locks and users connect. Feel free to bring the drawing to the meeting.
Next steps
What happens next
- We reply and tell you which function suits you: Hide and Protect, Remote Access or both. We also tell you what it costs.
- We suggest a reseller. You buy XoT through one of our resellers.
- The Lock is installed next to the equipment. The equipment is not changed, and the network does not need to be rebuilt.
- You create rules in XMS, the server where you manage access. You decide who may connect, to which equipment, from where and when.
We will tell you if we think XoT does not solve your problem. That saves time for both of us.

Common questions
Do we need to change anything in the network?
No. The equipment keeps its address, and you do not need to change the firewall.
Can we start small?
Yes. We recommend that you start with one machine.
Which function do we need?
Choose Hide and Protect if the equipment should be hidden from unauthorised users. Choose Remote Access if someone outside needs to reach it. Tell us about your situation and we will help you choose.
