Support Engineer

Are you a Support Engineer who helps others?

We look for Support Engineers to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. The responsibilities for these roles include;

  • Support partners and customers with answers and solutions remotely, from the office and at the customer.
  • Balancing a holistic approach to support and maintenance with fast response and time to fix.
  • Document inquiries, bugs, and fixes in close collaboration with product managers and R&D.

Requirements and skills

  • 3+ Years of proven working experience in remote or/and field support of network or/and cyber security products.
  • 2+ Years of relevant educational background.
  • Good knowledge of IT networks.
  • Strong English writing and talking skills.
  • Driver’s license.
  • Swedish citizenship only.

Meriting skills

  • Familiarity with support and defect tracking tools.
  • Documented knowledge in troubleshooting certificates, and IP networks.
  • Relevant certifications.
